The city's style resembles Miami or Las Vegas, but it's actually New York City. It's a classic tale of a car thief battling a dangerous city.

Explore the crime-ridden city, teeming with gangs and aggressive factions. Become a symbol of justice, or descend into the city as a new agent of chaos. You can buy various items in a shop to help you complete missions and rid the city of all mafia criminals. You possess special abilities: shoot dangerous laser beams from your eyes, shoot a rope to buildings and climb to the top, and utilize your incredibly powerful legs. Don't underestimate them! And remember, the police are on your side.

Most missions take place on the streets, some in Chinatown, and others in various gang territories. You're on a top-secret superhero mission, stealing vital information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the underworld mafia. You'll battle various star mafia gangsters from America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and more. The game features a fully open-world environment.
