When using the app alongside the FreeStyle Libre 2 scanner, it's important to note that signals can be sent to either the scanner or your phone, but not both simultaneously. To receive signals on your phone, you need to activate the sensor through the app. Conversely, to use the scanner, you must activate the sensor with the scanner itself. If the sensor is activated using the scanner, you can still scan it with your phone for readings.

Keep in mind that the app and scanner do not communicate with each other. To ensure you receive complete data, scan the sensor with your chosen device every 8 hours. Otherwise, your reports may not include all the necessary information. You can also access and download data from all your devices at LibreView.com.
