How to Play Callbreak:

This thrilling call break game is typically enjoyed by four players using a standard 52-card deck. The card hierarchy within each suit goes from high to low: A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2. The game unfolds over 3 or 5 rounds, with the first dealer determined by the player who draws the lowest card. The dealer shuffles and deals the cards clockwise, and the player to the dealer's right initiates the first trick.

Players can lead with any card, and the others must follow suit. If unable to follow suit, a player must play a spade (trump) if they have one that can beat any spades already played. How to Win a Callbreak Game:

Victory in a call break trick goes to the player with the highest card in the led suit, or if spades are played, the highest spade. To win, a player must meet or exceed their called number of tricks. Success adds the called number to the player's score, with any additional tricks contributing an extra 0.1 to the cumulative score. Failure results in the called number being subtracted from the score.

A round must be re-dealt if a player receives no spades or no face cards (J, Q, K, A) in any suit.
