The Guardians of the Road project has been relaunched with a redesigned app, offering a significantly improved and more user-friendly experience. Join the Road Guard project and help save lives!

Launched in 2016, the "Guardians of the Road – the road of all of us" project aims to raise awareness and deter unsafe driving practices. As of January 1, 2023, the project is managed by the Safe Path association.

Anyone over 18 can download the "Road Guards" app and begin documenting traffic violations. Operation is simple and quick: activate the app before driving, and when you witness a violation, initiate the reporting feature. This can be done via voice command or by pressing a Bluetooth button on your steering wheel. The app will automatically begin recording video and audio evidence of the infraction.

These reports are sent to a control center staffed by volunteer controllers with extensive traffic expertise. After review, a "letter on the way" is sent to the driver, including a link to the recorded video evidence. In cases involving life-threatening violations, the report is immediately forwarded to the police for further action.
