UNO Star: A Comprehensive Customer Engagement and Loyalty Program

UNO Star is a customer engagement program offering loyalty rewards and digitally connecting UNO Minda's retailers, mechanics, and consumers on a single platform.

Customers can register via the app or with UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval by the UNO Minda team according to the terms and conditions. Registration is complete upon approval.

The app is accessible to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda customers (mechanics, retailers, and end consumers), each receiving benefits tailored to their category.

Retailer Benefits:

Retailers can submit loyalty coupons, access the e-catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their mechanics' behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star app.

Mechanic Benefits:

Mechanics receive loyalty rewards, redeeming coupon points for selected UNO Minda products displaying the UNO Star coupon. They also have access to the e-catalogue.

Consumer Benefits:

Consumers can browse the e-catalogue, learn about UNO Minda products, and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
