IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please be aware that due to hardware limitations, not all smartphones equipped with NFC technology can read the contactless chips used in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to add tickets to your Troika card.

The electronic purse feature allows passengers to choose the amount they wish to record (purchase) on their card.

Our app supports over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing options, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us, ensuring your safety.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device (refer to your device's user manual for the antenna's location).

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
