Secure Camera is a cutting-edge camera application prioritizing user privacy and security. Offering image capture, video recording, and QR/barcode scanning, it delivers a comprehensive camera experience. Leveraging CameraX vendor extensions, it boasts modes such as Portrait, HDR, Night, Face Retouch, and Auto.

The app's intuitive tab interface simplifies mode switching. Access the settings panel via a tappable arrow button or convenient swipe gestures. A built-in gallery and video player allow for viewing and editing of captured content. Its rapid, high-quality QR scanner effortlessly handles even high-density codes.

Key features include autofocus, auto-exposure, and auto white balance, with manual adjustments available. By default, it focuses exclusively on QR code scanning for optimal speed and accuracy. Permissions are limited to camera and microphone access, with location tagging offered as an experimental option.

Protecting user privacy, Secure Camera removes EXIF metadata from images, with planned future support for video metadata removal. The result is a secure and user-friendly camera application. Download it here.
