Metaphor: ReFantazio's Party Members: A Detailed Recruitment Guide

Beyond the protagonist, seven companions will join your adventure in Metaphor: ReFantazio, each contributing unique combat skills. While Gallica is present from the start, her combat participation is limited initially.

Spoiler Warning: This guide reveals the recruitment dates for each party member. Reading further may spoil aspects of the game's narrative.

Each party member awakens to a unique Archetype, subsequently usable by other party members. Early recruits may be initially AI-controlled before their Archetype awakening.

Party Member Recruitment Timeline:

• Strohl (Warrior): Joins on June 5th (Border Fort events), but his Archetype awakens the following day, June 6th (Nord Mines). Until then, he's AI-controlled.

• Grius: Joins after the Border Fort events, but becomes a full party member (summonable via Archetype) on June 6th, after Strohl's awakening. Grius doesn't undergo a traditional Archetype awakening.

• Hulkenberg (Knight): Begins interacting on June 10th, fully joining the party (Archetype awakening) during the boss fight on June 11th.

• Heismay (Thief): His awakening and party integration occur on July 4th, within Martira's main dungeon.

• Junah (Masked Dancer): Joins the party upon her Archetype awakening on August 13th.

• Eupha (Summoner): Eupha's recruitment is flexible. Completing the Dragon Temple Dungeon between August 19th and September 4th (Viraga Island free time) triggers her joining for the final boss. Her Bond quest begins after this deadline.

• Basilio (Berserker): Awakens and joins during Saint's Day events on September 11th, becoming usable in combat the following day (optional).
