Get ready, Pokémon Go trainers! February's Community Day is bringing a double feature, spotlighting Karrablast and Shelmet! The event runs from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time on February 9th, 2025.

Featured Pokémon:

Karrablast and Shelmet will have increased spawn rates in the wild, increasing your chances of catching these Pokémon, including their shiny variants. The real excitement lies in their evolutions:

• Evolving Karrablast (before February 16th, 10:00 p.m. local time) yields an Escavalier knowing the powerful Charged Attack, Razor Shell (35 power in Trainer Battles, 55 power in Gyms/Raids).
• Evolving Shelmet during the same timeframe grants you an Accelgor with the Charged Attack, Energy Ball (a hefty 90 power in all battle types).

Special Research and Bonuses:

Participate in the Special Research for encounters with Karrablast and Shelmet featuring special Dual Destiny-themed backgrounds, a Premium Battle Pass, and a Rare Candy XL. A Timed Research event follows, lasting a week after Community Day, offering further encounters with these special Pokémon.
