Metaphor: ReFantazio Manga Debuts Chapter 1

The highly anticipated manga adaptation of Atlus' Metaphor: ReFantazio has arrived! The first chapter is now available for free on MANGA Plus. Dive into Will's story, beautifully illustrated by Yōichi Amano (known for Akaboshi: Ibun Suikoden and Stealth Symphony), in this official manga adaptation produced in partnership with Shueisha.

While staying true to the core narrative, the manga takes creative liberties, significantly altering the initial storyline. Chapter one features a revised opening sequence, omitting certain areas from the game and introducing new events alongside restructured encounters with allies. Importantly, the manga officially confirms the protagonist's name as Will, aligning with the game's default option.

The next chapter is scheduled for release on February 19th, simultaneously with the Japanese version.

Metaphor: ReFantazio itself has garnered immense critical acclaim and awards. Developed by Studio Zero, led by Katsura Hashino (the mastermind behind the Persona series), this Atlus IP follows Will and his fairy companion, Gallica, as they embark on a quest to save the prince of Euchronia.
