Google Play Store may soon introduce a game-changing feature: automatic app launch upon download. This potential addition, discovered through an APK teardown, could eliminate the extra steps of locating and opening newly installed apps.
The Details:
According to Android Authority, the feature, tentatively named "App Auto Open," will be entirely optional. Users can choose whether or not to enable automatic app launching after a download completes.
The process will be straightforward: a brief notification banner (approximately 5 seconds) will appear at the top of the screen when an app download finishes. A sound or vibration alert may also accompany the notification, ensuring you won't miss it.
Important Note: This information is based on an APK teardown and is not yet official. There's no confirmed release date; however, we'll provide updates as soon as Google makes an announcement.
