To reach this mysterious place, start by heading to the main cell block on Level 2: 2-A000. From your cell, scan the left corner of the block for a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with this room to be transported to 2-E165, the same location where you previously encountered Enzo.

Upon arriving at 2-E165, navigate to the right along the wall until you find another small room equipped with a device that will transport you to 2-G100. The final leg of your journey involves accessing the far room in 2-G100, where another device awaits to whisk you away to the Cell Garden.

The route to the Cell Garden remains consistent across all levels, and unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces the time spent traveling.
