The event begins with a quest to learn about a mysterious visitor, Emit. You'll gather clues through television, social media, and conversations. The search for the Special Time Capsule, however, requires more detective work.

The only clue provided is to search for rocks in parks. A helpful starting point is the park in Willow Creek, where you'll have already encountered Emit. Examine rocks in the area; look for one containing what appears to be diamonds. Interact with it to unearth the Special Time Capsule. Note that you might need to check several rocks.
