Developer Dream Dock has unveiled Dreadmoor, a captivating new first-person single-player action-adventure game that draws inspiration from the 2023 sensation, Dredge. In Dreadmoor, players will take command of a fishing trawler to navigate the haunting waters of the post-apocalyptic Drownlands. The game promises a thrilling mix of fishing, exploration, monster combat, item crafting, boat upgrades, and unraveling eerie mysteries. Currently in development for PC, you can dive into the immersive world by watching the announcement trailer and browsing through the first screenshots in the gallery below.

Dream Dock paints a vivid picture of Dreadmoor: "Embark on a journey as the captain of a fishing trawler, venturing into a world transformed by a catastrophic nuclear war. Continents have vanished beneath the ocean's surface, leaving behind a patchwork of islands and the submerged ruins of ancient civilizations. Your mission is to sell your catch to the scattered survivors, undertake quests, and inch closer to survival. Be vigilant, as the creatures in your ship's cargo hold might turn on each other! Enhance your vessel and craft essential equipment to delve into the hidden depths and uncover secret locations. The Drownlands are teeming with mutated creatures and shrouded in sinister mysteries, particularly at night. Radiation poses a constant threat, making the environment even more perilous."
