My Zong

The My Zong app is the official application for Zong, a major Pakistani mobile network operator owned by China Mobile, operating since 2008. Upon launching the app, users are presented with two access paths: one for existing customers and another for prospective customers.

Existing Zong customers gain full access to account management features. This includes browsing and purchasing data plans, conveniently topping up prepaid balances using various amounts or payment cards. My Zong provides detailed usage tracking, allowing customers to monitor their data, minutes, and SMS allowances for the current billing cycle. Additional data, minutes, or SMS can be added at discounted rates as needed.

Non-customers can easily join Zong directly through the app, purchasing prepaid or postpaid SIM cards with access to the best available offers, often including bonus data. Beyond connectivity plans, the app also showcases competitively priced smartphones and offers access to online games through Zong Games.
