Iași Bilet, powered by the Iași Public Transport Company, is your one-stop shop for all things public transport. Manage your travel seamlessly within the app.

Buy tickets using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and track buses, trams, and trolleybuses in real time on an interactive map.

After creating an account and linking a transport card, easily top up your card with travel vouchers via secure online bank card payments. Monitor your card balance and active tickets at any time. Manage multiple cards from a single account, topping up e-wallets, purchasing subscriptions, and extending existing ones.

Access a detailed transaction history for all purchases, validations, and other actions.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly through the app, submitting supporting documents for approval. Once approved (either in-app or at a counter), purchase discounted or free tickets.

Corporate partners of the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Receive timely notifications on your device or via email for ticket purchases, upcoming expirations, and other important card actions.

Plan your journey efficiently by finding the optimal route from point A to point B, using real-time vehicle locations. Start from your current location or any other point on the map, searching by address, point of interest, station, or custom pin. Save frequently used locations for quicker access.

The app shows estimated arrival times at nearby stations, travel times, and the specific vehicles to take, including notifications for line changes.

View entire routes or individual directions on the map, save favorite lines, and receive alerts about potential service disruptions affecting your trips.

Easily search for lines, view real-time vehicle locations, and select stations to see all serving lines and their arrival times (including the next three scheduled arrivals).

Locate transport directorate points of sale on the map and view their operating hours.

The app is available in Romanian and English, automatically adjusting to your device's language settings.
