The Chess Engines application is designed to enhance your chess experience by providing a collection of powerful chess engines that can be integrated into chess GUI applications on Android devices. This application does not feature a standalone graphical user interface but serves as a vital component for chess applications that support the OEX (Open Exchange) protocol.

Included Chess Engines:

• Stockfish 17 - The latest iteration of the renowned Stockfish engine, known for its exceptional performance and strategic depth. Learn more at Stockfish 17.

• Stockfish 16.1 - A robust version of the Stockfish engine, offering strong chess analysis capabilities. More details can be found at Stockfish 16.1.

• Clover 7.0 - An open-source engine that brings unique strategies to the table. Explore it further on GitHub.

To fully leverage these engines, you can use the following recommended chess GUI applications:

• Analyze your Chess (free) - A user-friendly interface that allows for in-depth analysis of your games. Available on the Google Play Store.

• Analyze your Chess Pro (paid) - Offers advanced features for a more comprehensive chess analysis experience. Get it from the Google Play Store.

How to Use:

To integrate these engines into your chosen GUI, follow these steps:

1. Open the Engine Management Screen in your chess GUI.
2. Access the Overflow Menu and select "Install Open Exchange Engine."
3. Choose the desired chess engine(s) from the list to install and start enhancing your chess analysis.
