Royal Petrol

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

A Participant is any individual, aged 14 or older (with legal capacity for minor transactions in Kazakhstan), registered in the program and possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number.

The Participant Questionnaire collects information needed for program registration. By completing it, Participants consent to data processing (under Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, “On Personal Data and Their Protection”) for advertising and informational purposes, including email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, mail, and automated database management. This consent can be withdrawn in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible via the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Mobile Application, owned by Royal Petrol LLP, is available for iOS and Android devices.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, according to program terms. 1 Bonus point equals 1 Kazakhstani tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol stations.

The Program Participant’s Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses and displays the current balance.
