Version 5.4 of Genshin Impact introduces Yumemizuki Mizuki, a new 5-Star Anemo Catalyst character hailing from Inazuma. Mizuki's gameplay is comparable to Sucrose, but with added healing capabilities, making her a valuable asset, particularly in Taser team compositions. Her arrival follows extensive speculation and leaks, ultimately confirming her placement on the Standard Banner after Version 5.4.

Mizuki's character design reveals a tapir yokai, a psychologist, and the primary owner of the Aisa Bathhouse. Her established friendship with Yae Miko strongly suggests a prominent role in Version 5.4's Inazuma-based Flagship Event, centered around yokai and featuring Yae Miko. A dedicated Story Quest for Mizuki is also planned for this update.
