Six Magnetic TotK Zonai Devices Added to Gachapon Lineup

Nintendo Tokyo's gacha machines now offer six magnetic capsule toys based on Zonai Devices from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This exclusive collection features the in-game devices: Zonai Fan, Flame Emitter, Portable Pot, Shock Emitter, Big Wheel, and Rocket. Each toy includes a magnet styled after the Ultrahand's adhesive. The capsules themselves mimic the game's Device Dispensers.

Unlike acquiring them in-game, these collectibles require a monetary investment. Each capsule costs approximately $4, with a two-capsule purchase limit per transaction. Further attempts require rejoining the queue, which may be lengthy given the game's popularity.

Previous Nintendo Gachapon Releases

Nintendo's gachapon initiatives began in June 2021 with the Controller Button Collection (Famicom and NES designs) at their Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto stores. A second wave, released in July 2024, featured SNES, N64, and Gamecube controller keychains.

These exclusive items are also available at Nintendo's Narita Airport Check-In booth. While the Zonai Devices are currently Tokyo-exclusive, future availability at other locations or via resellers (at potentially inflated prices) is possible.
