Week two of The Sims 4's Blast from the Past event is in full swing, sending players on a scavenger hunt for clues. But one seemingly simple task has players stumped: studying a Historical Display. Here's how to conquer this challenge.
One of Week 2's quests requires studying a Historical Display at a museum. Longtime players likely know their local museum's location. New players should check their map for a building icon featuring pillars. While four museums exist, the Municipal Museum in Willow Creek and The Future's Past in Oasis Springs are conveniently located near other Blast from the Past tasks.
How to Study a Historical Display
Once at the museum, enter and locate a Historical Display. Paintings and sculptures both qualify. Click on the chosen display and select "View." The Emit icon confirms completion of the quest.
Despite the task's simplicity, many players report issues. Mods appear to interfere, preventing the "View" option from working. Some players have even removed all mods, to no avail. Hopefully, EA will address this; until then, try viewing multiple displays at different museums.
