The phenomenal success of season one, created by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann, garnered numerous Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards and multiple Primetime Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series. This success has fueled HBO's enthusiasm, with hints from Francesca Orsi suggesting a potential four-season run for the show. This indicates that season two won't fully adapt the entire game.
