Excitement is building as Project NET, the latest third-person shooter spinoff from the beloved Girls’ Frontline franchise, has opened its pre-registration phase. Project NET Pre-Registration Now Open

The much-anticipated mobile game, Project NET, kicked off its pre-registration on March 3, 2025, as announced via the game's official South East Asian (SEA) Twitter (X) account. Eager players can sign up by visiting Project NET’s official SEA website and clicking the Pre-Register button. Simply enter your email address and select your preferred platform, either iOS or Android. Meanwhile, the game's Russian (RU) website has also opened pre-registration for eager fans in that region.

SEA Shock Point Test Recruitment for Philippines Only

In addition to pre-registration, Project NET is gearing up for a "Shock Point Test" beta phase. The game's SEA Twitter (X) account announced on March 4, 2025, that registration for this test is now open, but exclusively for players in the Philippines using Android devices. This test will be limited-access and non-monetized, with all data being wiped post-test. The Russian region will also participate in the Shock Point Test, with further details available on their RU website. As the developers fine-tune the game, they are preparing for a broader global rollout.

The official schedule for the SEA Shock Point Test Recruitment Registration is now available. After completing the recruitment questionnaire, selected participants will receive confirmation emails between March 24, 2025, and March 26, 2025. The distribution of test qualifications will continue throughout the testing period, which is yet to be announced.

Sunborn Network, the creative force behind the successful mobile game Girls’ Frontline, announced on December 27, 2024, their development of Project NET, a new mobile third-person shooter. The game underwent its initial localized test in SEA countries from January 9, 2025, to January 16, 2025, covering Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

The Girls’ Frontline franchise, which debuted in 2016 as a strategy RPG gacha game, quickly gained a massive following, leading to an anime series and additional games. The sequel, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, was launched on December 5, 2024. As a spinoff, Project NET will carry the essence of the series, featuring familiar characters and visual style.

Although no official release date has been set for Project NET, the game is currently compatible with iOS and Android, reflecting the platforms used in its initial testing phase.
