Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) has been rated M for Mature by the ESRB, and the rating summary confirms the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater, a feature from the original game's Subsistence and HD Collection versions. This feature allows players to view all cutscenes featuring the female spy EVA in her underwear, with the ability to freely move and zoom the camera. Unlocking this mode requires collecting all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, which involves completing the game four times.

The M for Mature rating reflects the game's themes of violence and gore, as players take on the role of an elite soldier on a mission behind enemy lines. However, the return of the Peep Demo Theater, often referred to as "Creepy mode," has caught many fans off guard due to its explicit and controversial nature.

Faster Camouflage System

MGS Delta also introduces a faster camouflage system, as showcased in a recent METAL GEAR OFFICIAL Twitter (X) post on March 28. The post, accompanied by a video, highlighted the new ability to "Change camouflage for faces, uniforms, and more on the fly with this new feature in METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER."

The updated system allows players to switch camouflage in under three seconds, a significant improvement over the original game's cumbersome process. In Metal Gear Solid 3, changing camouflage required pausing the game, navigating menus, and selecting from the Camo section, which often disrupted the game's pacing and immersion, particularly during stealth missions.
