As the UK experiences a brief respite from the cold, with temperatures once again dipping near freezing, and many places still waiting for spring to fully arrive, you might find the warmth you're craving in the upcoming Genshin Impact 5.5 update. Set to launch on March 26th, this update promises to heat things up with its exciting new content under the banner of "Day of the Flame's Return."

The headline feature of this update is the introduction of the Great Volcano of Tollan in Natlan. This enormous volcano not only adds a thrilling new landscape but also houses the Sacred City of Tollan, a Dragonborn-built marvel that players can explore to uncover the secrets of the Flamelord's Blessing.

Beyond the volcanic terrain, the update introduces the final tribe of Natlan, the Tribe of Plenty, alongside a formidable new Saurian, the Tatankasaurus. This beast boasts the power and size to shatter massive rocks, adding a new layer of challenge and excitement to the game.

Genshin Impact 5.5 Update - Day of the Flame's ReturnNavigating the dangers of the volcano won't be a solitary endeavor. The 5.5 update introduces two new characters to aid your journey. Varessa, a five-star Electro Catalyst user, unleashes devastating Electro damage, while Iansan, a four-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan's six heroes, enhances attack damage and heals her allies, making her a valuable addition to any team.

Alongside these new additions, the update brings a seasonal event, the Tournament of Glory in Bloom, along with Event Wishes and more, all set to debut on March 26th. Get ready to dive back into the fiery landscapes of Natlan with Genshin Impact's version 5.5, "Day of the Flame's Return."
