GAMM Is the Biggest Game Museum in Italy Where You Can Share Pieces of Game History

Rome boasts Italy's largest video game museum! GAMM, the Game Museum, is officially open to the public in Piazza della Repubblica. The museum is the creation of Marco Accordi Rickards, a writer, journalist, professor, and CEO of Vigamus.

Rickards is deeply committed to preserving and showcasing video game history. He describes GAMM as an immersive experience blending historical context, technological innovation, and interactive gameplay. GAMM builds upon the success of Vigamus, another Roman gaming museum that has welcomed over two million visitors since 2012.

The impressive GAMM museum covers 700 square meters across two floors, featuring three captivating themed sections. Before exploring the details, take a quick peek at the museum!
