Exclusive Emotes Are Up for Grabs as Squad Busters Bids Farewell to Win Streaks

Squad Busters is set to undergo a significant update by removing the Win Streaks feature. The endless ladder of consecutive wins, which once promised extra rewards, has been causing more stress than joy for many players. The decision to end this feature comes as a response to the pressure it imposed on the community.

Why Is It Ending and When?

The Win Streaks system in Squad Busters is being discontinued because it was creating a high-pressure environment that detracted from the overall gaming experience. As of December 16th, this feature will be removed from the game. However, your highest streak will remain as a legacy achievement on your profile, preserving your past accomplishments.

To soften the blow of this change, Squad Busters is offering exclusive emotes to players who have reached specific milestones before the cutoff date. These milestones include 0-9, 10, 25, 50, and 100 wins. Unfortunately, Coins spent on Win Streaks will not be refunded, as the developers believe that doing so would disrupt the game's balance between free-to-play and paying players. Coins are crucial for obtaining babies from Reward Chests, and refunding them could skew the game's economy.

The community's response to this change is mixed. Some players appreciate the move away from a pay-to-win model, while others are skeptical, particularly about the value of the farewell gifts.
