How to Open the Doorway to Nowhere and Find Pack-a-Punch

Unlike other maps such as Terminus and Citadelle des Morts, accessing the Pack-a-Punch machine in The Tomb is straightforward once you reach its location. However, getting there involves a few steps. At the start of each match in The Tomb, your primary objective is to open the Doorway to Nowhere, which acts as a teleporter to the Dark Aether Nexus.

To find the Doorway to Nowhere, make your way to the Subterranean Temple area within The Tomb. You can reach this area by progressing through the map and opening necessary doors. Once inside the Temple, locate the altar and interact with it by placing the Amulet item, which you'll always start with. After a brief moment, the Doorway to Nowhere will open, allowing you to enter the Dark Aether Nexus.

Within the Dark Aether Nexus, you'll find the Pack-a-Punch machine near the center of the area. However, be aware that the machine's location can change over time, so you may need to track it down again for further upgrades.

Every Pack-a-Punch Location in The Tomb and How To Find Them

The Pack-a-Punch machine can spawn in multiple locations within The Tomb. Initially, it will always be found in the Dark Aether Nexus. However, it can also appear closer to the starting area, specifically at the top of the Dig Site in an ornate ruin known as the Roman Mausoleum.

To determine the current location of the Pack-a-Punch machine, use your Tac-Map. The main area of The Tomb and the Dark Aether Nexus each have their own Tac-Map. If you don't see the Pack-a-Punch icon on one map, it means the machine is located in the other area.

Another method to track the Pack-a-Punch machine's location is by using a stone slab found in The Tomb. Similar to tracking the Mystery Box, this slab has lit areas that indicate the Pack-a-Punch's current position. If the icon appears on the main map, head to the corresponding spot. If the light-up symbol is on an island separate from the main map on the slab, it means the Pack-a-Punch is currently in the Dark Aether Nexus.
