What To Use Old Coins For In Dynasty Warriors: Origins

Old Coins are unusable in Chapter 1; focus on the main story. After starting Chapter 2, complete these main story battles:

• Suppression of You Province
• Suppression of Jing Province
• Suppression of Liang Province

Completing these battles leads you back to Ji, where you'll meet Sima Hui. After the conversation and obtaining incense for the Innkeeper, the Shui Jing Retreat will appear near Ji.
