Why Cleanliness Matters:

A dirty and disheveled Henry will face difficulties interacting with townsfolk. Even high Speech skills are hampered by a lack of cleanliness, making successful persuasion significantly harder.

Cleaning Methods:

The game offers three primary ways to clean yourself:

Troughs:

Commonly found in towns and outposts, troughs provide a basic clean. Interact with a trough to wash away some dirt and blood, but this method doesn't clean your clothes.

Bathing Spots:

Located near larger bodies of water (rivers, ponds), bathing spots offer a more thorough clean than troughs, partially cleaning both Henry and his attire. However, it won't achieve perfect cleanliness. An example is found west of the Nomads’ and Cumans’ Camps in the Trotsky region.

Bathhouses:

For the most effective clean, visit a bathhouse (usually found in larger towns). While requiring a small Groschen fee, bathhouses provide a complete clean, removing all dirt and blood from Henry and his clothes. Regular visits are recommended for optimal hygiene.
