How does emmy work? It's simple: download the app and start riding your moped.

The emmy app is your gateway to seamless scooter experiences. Use it to locate a nearby electric moped, reserve it, and unlock it effortlessly. It's that easy, that emmy.

We handle the maintenance, ensuring our e-scooters are always charged and ready. Each moped comes equipped with two helmets of varying sizes and a mobile phone holder, making your journey comfortable and convenient.

Creating your emmy account is straightforward:

1. Download the emmy app and register for a one-time fee of 4.95€, which includes 15 free minutes.

2. Sign up & verify your EU driver's license: Once approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.

3. Ride: Find an electric moped near you through the app and reserve it for free.

4. End your rental: Park your emmy moped in a public parking lot within our designated business area to conclude your rental.

How do you start an emmy electric moped?

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and retrieve a helmet.

2. Get it off the kickstand: Position the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.

3. Turn it on: Flip the red switch on the right handlebar to “ON” and ensure the side stand is fully retracted. For Yadea models, press the “P-button”.

4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the brake and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar to activate the moped.

How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?

Begin with a one-time registration fee of 4.95€ and receive 15 free minutes for your first trip (valid for 3 months). Booking and reserving a moped is free for 15 minutes. Unlocking the moped costs 1 EUR, and you'll be charged 0.33 EUR per minute while riding. You can also pause your ride at a reduced rate.
