Ayushman App

Ayushman is an official mobile application developed by the Government of India, designed to streamline healthcare access under the Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY). This flagship initiative aims to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatments at empanelled public and private hospitals, offering coverage to over 10 crore underprivileged and vulnerable families across the nation.

The National Health Authority (NHA) serves as the primary agency tasked with overseeing the implementation of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY. With the launch of the Ayushman app, beneficiaries now have the convenience of creating their "Ayushman card" directly through the app, which entitles them to free medical treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs.
