The protagonist, deeply connected to HAMA, joins "HAMA Tours" as a "chief" to revitalize the area's tourism. Alongside childhood friend Daikoku Kawai, they aim to plan package tours with the ward's unique mayors to restore its former glory.

The narrative is enriched with mysterious happenings and a passion for hospitality. The protagonist's travel companions are ward leaders, each carrying their own untold stories. Memorable events are captured on cassette tapes, preserving the essence of their journey.
